Diecut style box with 2 colour print that will add value and present your products in a positive way

Pallet Boxes that are supplied with cardboard attachments on the bottom which, when they have solid blocks of polstyrene slid inside become an integral pallet base, saving the use of a wooden pallet.

Ideal for food usage the boxes are supplied flat, popped up and then filled with your product. Very quick to assemble and saves on tape.

One side of the box is coated with polythene. This particular example is used to supply goods to the South Pole. The boxes are disembarked onto the snow and the polythene protects the box from the damp.

Made from a range of board grades these diecuts are either the standard fefco styles or we can design one to suit your products.

Up to 3 colours on 30micro polyprope or vinyl tape to individualise your packaging.

Resistant to water and grease this product is ideal for re-usable packaging. More durable than paper and lighter then rigid plastic this product suits returnable packaging. It is also excellent for screen printing.

The joint of these boxes when they are manufactured is sealed with fiberglass tape. This makes an extremely strong joint, can be used instead of stapling, so keep metal out of box, making them suitable for food storage. Taped cases are also less prone to bursting.
